Privacy policy

How Stonk Solutions handles personal data on this public website.

Last updated 6 July 2026 · Draft — pending legal review.

Who we are

Stonk Solutions is based in Stockholm, Sweden, and is the controller for the personal data described here. To reach us about privacy, email privacy@stonksolutions.com.

What this policy covers

This policy covers the public website at stonksolutions.com. The logged-in product is governed separately by the agreement with your organisation.

Data we collect

Contact details you submit. When you request a demo or contact us, we collect the name, work email, company and role you enter. That form is delivered through Google Forms, which processes it on our behalf.

A local preference. Your language choice is stored in your browser (localStorage) so the site remembers it. It stays on your device, is not a cookie, and is not used to track you.

A strictly necessary cookie. When you make a choice on the consent banner, we set one cookie (stonk_consent) to remember it. With your consent, we also use PostHog for anonymous, cookieless usage analytics — no personal data, and off until you opt in.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry and follow up about our services, and to keep the site working.

Legal basis

We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you send us. If we add any non-essential measurement in future, we will rely on your consent for it.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of processors to run the site: Google (form submissions), Vercel (hosting and content delivery), and PostHog (anonymous analytics, only with your consent). We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, to manage the resulting relationship.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or erase your personal data, and object to or restrict its processing. Email privacy@stonksolutions.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

Changes

We may update this policy as the site evolves. The date above shows when it last changed.
